Exclusively for motorcycles originally equipped with non O-ring chain. Performance features include solid rollers; curl formed bushings; and heavy press fit pins with quad staked riveting. Vital parts have been heat treated and shot-peened for maximu m strength and minimum weight. Chains are pre-stressed and pre-stretched to reduce initial chain stretch.

Tsubaki Alpha Gold Chains

Features solid rollers; solid bushings; thru-hardened alloy steel pins; and quad staked riveting. Special alloy steel link plates are shot-peened; with gold-colored outer plates. High viscosity grease is vacuum-injected and sealed inside with Super S eal O-rings. Pre-stretched and pre-stressed for improved performance and fewer initial adjustments. Tsubaki HSL Chains

A virtually maintenance-free chain with the strength and durability of the QR chain. Recommended exclusively for bikes originally equipped with non-O-ring chain. Sturdy sintered metal bushings are impregnated at the factory with lubricant. During ope ration lubricant is released internally to minimize friction and wear. 530 is also available in gleaming; rustless nickel-plated finish (530 HSL-NP). Note:Not recommended for drag race applications. Ideal for mid-displacement commuting bikes and stoc k Harley(R) replacement applications.

Average tensile strength of 10;600 pounds. Recommended for up to 1340cc plus motorcycles. Up to 100% greater fatigue strength and wear resistance than most conventional motorcycle drive chains.
